DIPRA® - Switch SW2400
The DIPRA® Switch SW2400 fulfills two fundamental functions - it controls and monitors the entire DMR radio network and caters for the integration of mobile users into the voice and data communication of an organization.
DIPRA® network management is a major function of the DIPRA® Switch SW2400. It is accessed via an external PC exploiting a standard web browser by entering the IP address assigned to network management. Further user access to network management functions is protected by pass words and users may be provided with different access rights.
The DIPRA® dispatcher location serves as a means to manage a fleet of mobile users via a DIPRA® DMR Tier III radio retwork. It is connected to the DIPRA® switch exploiting an IP interface and facilitates a simple and intuitive call set-up by means of a Graphical User Interface (GUI).
The versatile design of the DIPRA® basestation BS2400 pursues a modern, extensively digital approach to its RF frontends, also known as Software Defined Radio (SDR). The idea of an SDR based platform aims at RF receivers and transmitters which are to be configured by software. In implementing this, a powerful DSP and a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) are both processing the digital base band signal. This approach provides very high potential for functional amendments in the future.
RADIUM is a modern radio communication platform and serves as the basis for a wide variety of device variants. In the version for voice communication as an analogue or DMR Tier III radio, a connection via Bluetooth and WLAN is optionally available. The connection makes it possible to flexibly connect mobile phones (Android and iOS) to a DMR radio network. It is also possible to connect to a vehicle's hands-free system in order to meet current legal requirements. With an optional DECT...
DIPRA® - DECT Handset for RADIODATA DMR mobile radios
Many users of company radio systems also need mobile communication outside of their vehicles. This is the case, for example, if the vehicle is parked in front of a business location and the employee should still be reachable by radio within the building or premises.
The RADIODATA DIPRA® Simulcast solution is based on the open ETSI specification DMR. The simulcast system supports the operation of DMR Tier II and DMR Tier III networks. Simulcast systems broadcast the same frequency over multiple overlapping locations simultaneously. The DIPRA® Simulcast system provides reliable DMR radio coverage over large areas and is ideal for utilities, public transport operators and related organizations operating with limited frequency resources over a large...
